Oyster knife
Pan for melting butter
Measuring tool (tsp, tbsp)

Ingredients
½ dozen oysters
2 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 tsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp parmesan
Pinch of salt
Step-by-step cooking instructions
Clean and shuck your oysters, be sure to keep that oyster liquor inside, it helps keep moisture in the final product
Mix melted butter with chopped garlic, parsley, and salt
Add oyster halves to a hot grill and spoon garlic mixture over top
Cook just until the butter starts to bubble. Remove from grill and let those shells cool before serving. Optional to top with more fresh parsley
