Shucking knife
Bowl
Measuring cups (tbsp, tsp)
Ingredients
2 tbsp ginger beer
2 tbsp lime
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
2 tsp minced shallot
1 pinch black pepper
Step-by-step cooking instructions
Cut shallots and place in small bowl
Add lime juice to bowl
Add ginger beer to bowl
Add vinegar
Add a few pinches of pepper and mix all
Place on oyster and enjoy!
