Building Skills, Reducing Waste, and Strengthening Local Seafood Systems

Purchasing seafood can be a daunting, and oftentimes confusing process. A lack of transparency in seafood products can leave consumers feeling disconnected with the people who produce their food. New Hampshire Sea Grant works to bridge the gap between New Hampshire residents and seafood producers within the state, sustaining coastal economies, ensuring food safety, and helping to deliver high-quality seafood from dock or farm to table.
