New Hampshire Sea Grant partners with UNH Cooperative Extension to achieve shared goals in climate adaptation.

We help New Hampshire communities prepare for the impacts of a changing climate by organizing educational workshops, providing information, facilitating community conversations around vulnerabilities and priorities, conducting school programs, and connecting communities to the resources they need to adapt to climate change.

UNH Extension hosts a variety of climate adaptation related content and resources, ranging beyond coastal issues into inland and agricultural domains. Visit their page to see Sea Grant-partnered work and more.

The New Hampshire Coastal Adaptation Workgroup (CAW) is a collaboration of over 30 organizations working to ensure coastal watershed communities are resourceful, ready and resilient to the impacts of extreme weather and long term climate change.

Supported by NH Sea Grant Climate Adaptation Program Manager Lisa Wise, CAW assists communities in NH’s coastal watershed to prepare for the impacts of extreme weather and long term climate change by providing resources, facilitation, and guidance that enhance readiness and resilience.
