June 17th Tuna Issues

The discussion will involve the current status of the tuna industry and the latest research on tuna, including rinse and chill methods that enhance their quality for consumption.

Speaker(s): Walter Golet from the UNH Large Pelagics Program, Richard Ruais from the East Coast Tuna Association, and Bob Campbell from the Yankee Fishermen's Cooperative.
