Green Crab Week is a restaurant week dedicated to the green crab harvest and soft-shell season. Sponsored by The Green Crab R&D Project, Manomet and NH Sea Grant, this week-long event (July 15-21, 2019) celebrates an emerging fishery. Taste innovative green crab dishes, learn about this invasive species and efforts to develop the nation’s first soft-shell green crab industry. Green Crab Week is the first of its kind and an opportunity to try unique, local seafood and participate in a growing market for this marine invasive!
